yCAM 2026 - Registration

To encourage emerging researchers and students to attend, early-bird registration fee for academic participants, member of ECerS, is 120 €.

The Sponsor with booth registration fee includes the registration for one professional participant and the option to represent your company - please contact ycam@ecers.org for more information.

Registration fees include:

• Access to the conference for three days (11, 12 and 13 May 2026)
• Gala Dinner on 12th May    

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, he/she may contact the conference organisers to consider a replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
●     Registrations cancelled before 10th April 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

●     Registrations cancelled after 10th April 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be applied to the registrant account.
