To encourage emerging researchers and students to attend, early-bird registration fees for academic participants are only 85 €.

Don't miss the deadline for the early-bird registration : 30th September 2022 !

The Sponsor with booth registration fee includes the registration for one professional participant and the option to represent your company - please contact ycam@ecers.org for more information.

Cancellation Policy

1. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, he/she may contact the conference organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
2. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

• Registrations cancelled before 9th October 2022 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled after 9th October 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.

       
     Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.
