Esther is graduated from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC, 2000-2006) with Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Master´s Degree in Innovation Business Management from Universitat de Barcelona (UB, 2009-2010).

Since 2010, she is working as a Project Manager in DIOPMA research center at UB, managing the R&D projects national, international and with companies. She is expert on technology transfer, being involved in tech-transfer projects with companies and research projects at national and international level.
