To encourage emerging researchers and students to attend, early-bird registration fee for academic participants is 85 €.

The Sponsor with booth registration fee includes the registration for one professional participant and the option to represent your company - please contact ycam@ecers.org for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, he/she may contact the conference organisers to consider a replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
●     Registrations cancelled before 28th July 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

●     Registrations cancelled after 28th July 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrant account.
