Gala Dinner & Guided Tour

The yCAM 2025 Conference dinner will be held on Thursday 24th April in the evening at Flashback Café in Toulouse.

Prior to the event, a Guided Tour of the Toulouse city center will be organised.

Participation to the Dinner and Guided Tour are included in the conference registration fee: Register to the Guided Tour and to take the bus here!

A bus will drive the participants directly from the Conference location to the City Centre.

Planning: 

• Departure from the conference location to the city center (by bus): 17h15
• Departure from the gala diner location to Labege (by bus, with en extra stop near Saint Michel for those who want to take off in the center): 00h45
• Last public transports schedule for the Thursday night: last metro around midnight and last bus around 00h20
